RAV provides support to Aboriginal and Torres Straight Islander families and individuals to help strengthen family relationships.

Counselling provides an opportunity to talk with a professionally trained person to discuss couple issues, conflicts with friends, relationship breakdown, parenting, domestic violence, anxiety, depression, grief, sexual problems, childhood sexual abuse, stress and work related tensions and disputes.

Workplace Services

Relationships Australia Victoria has been providing workplace programs for more than 15 years.  Our AccessResolve Workplace Services provide a set of professional services designed to maintain and improve the healthy functioning and productivity of workplaces. We support businesses at all levels, from developing organisation-wide strategies to assisting individual employees and their families.

Employee Assistance Programs

Organisations contract with RAV to provide counselling and education services to their employees. Contracts are tailored to suit organisational requirements.

Core EAP services include: Counselling, Promotion Strategy, Information and Referral.
Optional services include: Critical Incident Assistance.


Conflict Management

Relationships Australia has been a major player in the growth of professional mediation services in Australia over the last 20 years. A consistent sponsor and board member of the National Mediation Conference we are a significant provider and educator in mediation and conflict management. Our mediators are nationally accredited. They are experienced in conducting dispute resolution in a range of settings with specialised training and experience in workplace mediation.


Workwise Training

Our workwise training and education program is focused on helping organisations and employees become conflict savvy, and on improving communication, team functioning, and leadership skills. Training is provided through our Registered Training Organisation using adult learning and skills-based approaches.



We provide consultation and supervision for managers on a range of Human Resource issues, including  recruitment, induction, conflict management, equal opportunity and diversity strategies, grievance management, team building, organisational culture, performance management, and leadership.
